I've made a booking for the second night in Bahrain as I do not know what time will I arrived at the city on the first day/night. Thought that I could crash in to the hotel when I arrived and hope there'll be room available. We arrived at 3 am and the hotel was full. However, they have offered me to stay in a small shabby room i.e. the old part of the hotel. They offered at a half rate as I arrived at 3am. But before they let me in, they have asked me to check the room first. Yes it was bad, worn out and have a very bad stale smell. The staff was very friendly, helpful and really explain the condition. So we were prepared before we paid. As it was late, we agreed to stay and we were promised that as soon as the actual room ready around 9-10am we will be moved to our actual room.

When we actually moved to our actual room, right after we had our breakfast, we were very delighted with the room. It was really comfortable, modern, and spacious. The breakfast was served in a small cafe, the ambience was relaxing and comfortable. I really love the freshly squeezed orange juice.

The location is a bit far from the main attraction, however, as we were driving around in a car, location was not an issue for us. I really recommend the hotel, but please stay at the new wing, not the old wing. My rate here is for the new wing room.
