Absolutely not a 5 stars class....rooms r fine..nicely furnished...but as this buildg was not at first build to b used as hotel...poor breakfast...small elevators...v small pool...on the other side ....staff r so nice welcoming and helpfull...in the middlle of seif area...approx to most major malls...far from old town of mouharrak...would recommend for only leaving 8 morning and back late night...

I stayed in 2 bedroom suite which was very spaciouce with a modern touch furniture and elegant decoration.
Espresso machine with a nice touch in the room.

Boutique hotel with with cozy lobby, small elevators and plain dull rooms. Room was a disappointment as the bathroom does not look clean and towels are harsh in skin. Bed was low and not comfy. Working desk is a joke with jonoower socket. wiFi was a reall disaster and was weak or not available most of the times although maintenance came and tried to fix it many time with no change. Small breakfast buffet and service is slow. The lebanese restuarant was good but overpriced. Each time i start a chess board game, i come back to see my piece was put back to its original place!!
It is really missing 5stars hotel details. Overall it's overpriced and the only advantage is proximity to offices and attractions in Seef area

Very poor landscaping was compensated with a warm welcome.
The interior and rooms are nice eough, but nothing's real.

The table football table is not for use and they have even hidden some chess pieces so you can't use the big chess board. Bar service is exceptionally slow, and £7 for a diet coke!

The gym and pool are shocking. No wonder that there are no photos on the web site.
Move the furniture and you find power sockets without covers and the lead on my iron is damaged.

Massively overpriced rack rate. Not so bad on booking.com.
