My best second stay
I been in the hotel last weekend on 21 of Dec
It's my second stay in the same hotel
It's really best hotel as I said before
But this time we had great experience, I will not say much about the hotel because it's many people talk about it, but this time I had great experience with all the staff
They very polite and very helpful in all the hotel especially in the restaurant breakfast time the staff and the manager was very helpful with me.
My mother was very tired & sick she can't come to the restaurant, I tray to take food for from the restaurant, but the manager he stopes me and he told me he will take care of this, he and the staff was very helpful they deliver to me every day the breakfast to my mother in the room, I tray to give tips but he politely refuse. They really was very helpful

We stayed during Hajj 2011. We were blessed to have a "Haram view" room. It was amazing! You are part of the Salaat as the entire wall facing the mosque is glass and the room is wired for sound with the Haram. If you cannot find space inside the mosque or cannot go, just open the curtain and pray with the Jamaat! Steps to King Fahd gate, best location, closest to Haram. Worth the extra cost. Buffet has a huge variety. One night we had fresh grilled Lobster tails--all you can eat! Breakfast also has tremendous variety and starts right after Fajr. I am already planning a return trip in February. Only negative was front desk staff not very friendly if you were a non-Arabic speaker (but that seems to be true of the whole country).

- I like everything about this hotel .. the location, the rooms, the breakfast !
- It's coveineintly located in front of the Holy Mosque and I believe it's the nearest hotel .. Just a short walk the that famous white marble and you're there :)
- Rooms are big, comfy and luxurious. you get what you pay for.
- Lots and lots of elevators so you never have to wait for it.
- They have the advantage when it comes to transportaion from/to the airport because the have a back entrance which can lead you faster to the main road without getting stuck in the stinkin baaad traffic there.
- The only downsize in this hotel is the Service .. it's not consistant .. Sometimes your pleased with it and sometimes they ignore you untill you get the feeling that you want to kill somebody ;p .. Seriously they need to work on it because I stayed there more than 5 times and i had the same problem everytime ..!

All in all .. I would stay there again =)

Excellent hotel, extraordinarily large rooms, good restaurants.
Most importantly, ideally located directly opposite the Grand Mosque.
The best smelling hotel i've ever stayed in!
