we stayed here for umrah in makkah tower hilton and had a very bad experience with customer services.first of all no wifi in this day of age and with hilton brand.the rooms were ok but wouldn't say 5star.checking out was a nightmare.after we checked out we were waiting for our car and one of the managers dumped our luggage on the floor from a trolley and said we don't have enough trolleys.would not stay here again.

the most AMAZING hotel ever in Makkah! if you want to make sure you dont miss any off your prayers and you get the best service in this hot country then Hilton Makkah is the one!!! it is close too all the out door markets and not only that they have their own shopping centre in the hotel!!! different selection off food and shopping for ladies, men and chilidren!! its relaxing, grand, fabulous and luxoriuos!! going to makkah then relaxation is a first so make sure hilton is your first!

The hotel is a great choice. However, it is getting old but that's not the only case because they are renovating and adding new elevators to suit the no. of guests which is a good thing. We were staying on the renovated part which was so much better than the old one. The breakfast buffet is not good whatsoever. I have been staying at the Hilton for more than 5 years now and this yr I can feel the degrade especially in the breakfast which was top-notch both in service and variety. The service was not as good; one time the waiter actually threw us the service! There are other good waiters who are trying their best but still the hotel capacity is more than their capabilities. The food variety and taste is not that good as well. And the new breakfast Hall "El Noor" is a drawback both setting and service! However, the older halls "El Fayhaa" I guess and the one on the seventh floor have a spectacular view of the Haram and a very good setting. Also, the housekeeping were extremely polite and friendly. And, the new range of elevators are a major plus for the hotel. Finally, the renovation is surely essential and so far the renovation that concerns the rooms and the elevators was a true success!

According to its location at the door of Masjed Haram in Mecca, I was expected a little in cleaning, service and staff care ( huge numbers of Hajs and Muatamireen ) BUT amazingly it was one of my best times I spent in an extraordinary spiritual experience in Holly Mecca, all because of Hilton.
Location, cleanness, staff, food .....all are excellent.
