First let me say, one of my strongest hotel judging criteria is its swimming pool because I love to swim. The internal pool at this hotel is one of the prettiest, most beautiful pools I've ever had the pleasure to swim in. The twinkling lights on the roof like stars, the perfectly temperate water, the pristine softly lit room, it was amazing, I felt like a mermaid....I had the pool all to myself every day of my two weeks at the hotel, and it was the highlight of my trip. The outdoor pool is also magnificent, but there are many men who belong to the pool club who come from outside the hotel and swim at least one million laps vigorously every day, and the lanes were often full with others waiting... but I have to admit, the splashing and swaggering and chest-thumping gave me a good laugh!

Aside from that, the hotel is also just beautiful. The rooms were spacious and mine had a balcony overlooking the pool, with astonishing views of the rest of the city. The free Wifi on computers down in the lobby was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen. Anywhere. The waiters were wonderful, as was the service throughout the hotel -- every last one of the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel!

We took the option of an upgrade to an Executive suite. The rooms - bedroom, lounge - are quite comfortable and definitely spacious. The suite comes with two bathrooms, two halls and two wardrobe spaces and safes, as well as and two small balconies. Decor is bland - un-offensive and unimaginative. For the money and the grade, I was surprised there was no turn-down service, nor any little touches like chocolates on the pillow...we did get three free clothe pressings, though. Hmm. The staff have been excellent: professional, friendly, courteous - all that one would expect in a hotel of this calibre and cost.
There are a number of in-house eating choices and I would recommend EVOO, the Italian inspired restaurant. Breakfast is served in the Spice Garden, with a very wide choice - the Foul was excellent - and the staff fantastic.
All the nice points said, I can't get enthusiastic though about this place. OK, its Amman and I haven't stayed in any other hotel in Amman. However, on a world scale, Sheraton doesn't hit the mark for a Very Good. And I just don't want to think about what I paid, even if the rooms were comfortable.

The hotel is one of the best in Jordans. Service is good and infrastructure is excellent. You can get Internet WIFI service free at recepction, including use of computers. There is an internal heated swimming pool available in winter. The restaurant and buffet is good for lunch and dinner. I would rate it a good hotel.
Of course, the price is higher than some other high profile hotels, but price/quality ratio is good if you can pay it.

This is one the best Hotel in Jordan due to his great location in the fifth circle Amman with huge very well decorated and designed Lobby with excellent snacks and services.
Variety of Restaurants with great food both Arabic and International.
The best SPA in Jordan with indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Very good trained and experienced staff in every section of the Hotel.
