I've stayed there for 5 nights and definetely would come again on my next trip.
My room had a very decent price, less than any other I could find. Taking in account that Tel Aviv is pretty expensive, and hostel's location is exactly in the heart of the city and very close to the beach, the price is just perfect!
The room was comfortable and clean.
The staff had a very friendly vibe and helped me a lot!

Plus first! The place is in a central location and room was clean enough. Water temp & pressure good. A private balcony looking over the street. Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable. There was a fan. The lounge area is comfortable with a small air conditioner & wifi worked great. A room to keep extra luggage in. They arranged for a shuttle to come right to the door & take us to the airport, & we were able to pay the hotel rather than pay the shuttle driver. Very nice.
Now the minus... I need to say first that I'm really not complaining - we're simply too old for this place! I booked it for the price, which was good compared to everything else I checked. Our room was right on the street with LOTS of traffic noise all night; might be better in a back room. (there's a bus stop right in front & an all-night grocery next door) The bathroom sink was so small you could barely brush your teeth without bumping your head on the wall or the shelf.
We were just there for 1 night before flying home & got up too early for breakfast or coffee so can't comment on that.
Bottom line: It's a perfectly nice place for what it is!

Room tip: Probably away from the street would be quieter.

I have stayed for about a week in sky hostel in tel aviv and really enjoyed this place.
The hostel is only a few minutes walk from the beach and also less than 10 minutes from the center of Tel aviv.
for a very reasonable price i got a decent room and the staff was very nice and polite.
The price for the room included free coffee and a pastry every morning and i could add only 5 NIS for a continental breakfast.
I recommend for all the backpackers that come to Tel aviv to check out this hostel.

Thank you

I've stayed there a month ago and had a best vacation I could imagine!
The staff was very kind, helped me with all the questions and gave wonderful advises about places to visit. The hotel is located in the very heart of Tel Aviv - so places like Tel Aviv Museum or Old Jaffa were in a distance of a short bus ride! Also, the night life is pretty intense - lots of parties in the area. They've recently opened a bar of their own which has good prices and a great atmosphere.
The room was pretty simple, but nevertheless was tidy and had everything a backpacker could look for.
I would definitely choose Sky Hostel for my next visit in Tel Aviv!

- Jennifer

Room tip: The rooms facing the backyard are quieter!

I enjoyed all my trip in Sky, people are nice, the hostel is not brand new but you can seethat they're working on it :)
