We stayed here a week in July2011. Great sushi bar. Smallish rooms good bathrooms good beds, nice linen. Great bfast. Crowded pool area and they let in non guests for a daily fee. These people usually smoke non stop. This was annoying as I had to move beds which was hard to find another. I complained to pool staff but they lit up again. Wifi is very poor. And the beach seems to be a gay Mecca Friday afternoons, so maybe not such a good place for family's as serious petting and kissing was observed. Otherwise would stay here again

I first arrived and originally I thought that this was a nice hotel. My room is above a construction zone and the constant drilling pounding and jack-hammering is enough to drive you out of your room. The view when you look down is a waste pile of construction debris.
The hotel costs 330 US a night this is extreme even for Tel Aviv and not only that they charge extra for everything parking, use of the crappy gym, might as well just keep your credit card with you. Lucky for me I was only here two nights

From the moment we checked in with Yaron at the Front Desk we we treated exceptionally well. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms on the 10th floor and it was spectacular. Cozy robes and slippers plus lovely spa products made us feel like we were home! The buffet breakfasts were incredible and there was such an assortment of delicious items to
choose from. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent longer than usual choosing my hotel in TA, read all the reviews blah, blah. This was definately the right decision. Chose it in the end as we have a Gold Hilton Honours card with our credit card. What this meant to us was a room upgrade (nice), free wi-fi in room (unusual) use of both 17th and 12th floor lounges, These give free snacks, breakfast and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages.
The position of the hotel is excellent and all rooms get a sea view due to the side-on position. All have a balcony. Superb bathroom with gorgeous local spa products, fluffy gown and slippers.
All the staff were polite, chilled out and very accomodating.
We really didn't have any problems at all here, having walked along the promenade some of the other hotels look very tired and are not in the great position the HIlton is.
I would recommend this hotel without question.
