I have to agree with Steven H, for Tel Aviv the hotel's price is reasonable. It is in an excellent location, the suite was comfortable and clean and the staff extremely nice. Also, they have free parking in the building which is a real treasure in Tel Aviv. For me the real thrill was the excellent espresso/cappuccino/tea machine in the lobby which was available 24 hours a day.

For Tel Aviv, very good price, clean suites & the staff changed my room to accomodate better
internet access. All in all, I was very pleased with the location and being near the ocean & other amenities.
The best part was the personnel...all very professional but a special thanks goes to Daniel. Very helpful and welcoming...The Regency suites is very lucky to have him and the rest of the staff.

We were a party of 10, 6 adults and four children ages 5-13. The suite arrangement was perfect for our needs. The hotel's location was perfect with respect to services, restaurants, and the beach. This is not a luxury hotel and it doesn't pretend to be; it is an incredible value for those who don't demand 'luxury.' I had corresponded back and forth with the hotel with respect to our exact requirements (e.g., an extra bed in addition to the sofa bed) and my emails received prompt, clear and accurate information in return. Front desk manager Rowan Kendal, who seemed to always be on duty, couldn't have been more helpful before and during our stay.

we stayed at this hotel for two nights, first in a regular room and then in a suite. it is well worth the upgrade to a suite as they are roomy (more like a one-bedroom apartment) and have a better view of the sea if you are on an upper floor. the staff were extremely helpful in getting our bearings. the area surrounding the hotel is commercial and several properties are undergoing construction/renovation. You are not directly on the beach but within a stone's throw. AVOID THE BREAKFAST -- it is way overpriced plus the food and service were substandard. Cross the street instead to Cafe Masada that is open 24 hours.
