Stayed at this large and fairly well appointed hotel with the tour group I was with in January, 2012. Rooms were average in size and came with usual bland decor - functional, but not overly inviting. Shower doors are small (European-style) so be prepared to be careful or get water all over the floor in the bathroom. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. It was buffet-style and you can see all the international tourists who have come to stay there (including us!). The food was very good - generally hot and many tasty choices (and set up not to violate any religious dietary restrictions, by my estimation), though if you are from the West, you may not recognize all the fare (especially "salads" and desserts). Staff was fine - they were not looking for any new best friends, but far from rude, just matter-of-tact.
