Highly recommended!
I highly recommend this comfortable and quiet apartment, both for the apartment itself and the location. There is a small market a block away, and my granddaughter enjoyed the swings in the park right outside the gate. The apartment has many conveniences (washer and dryer, microwave, easy parking, etc) and things are in good working condition. I needed to find a place without many stairs, and with a shower stall (as opposed to a shower over a tub) for my husband who has some limitations and that was not easy to find in Jerusalem, so we were particularly pleased to find this apartment. We appreciated the extra touches like the art on the walls. When we needed information on local doctors, the owners were helpful. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Quiet, clean Jerusalem in great location
If you're looking for a quiet place that's in a perfect location for your Jerusalem stay, this is it. No traffic noise; not a sound from neighbors--just the birds and occasional church bells. Despite the quiet, it's a great location, just a few minutes walk from the First Station that's filled with cafes, boutiques and event space and is the access point to a lovely 3 mile pedestrian/bike trail. You can jump on the free shuttle van to the Old City that leaves from the Station parking lot and be close to the Western Wall in 10 mins. If you choose to walk, Zion Gate and Jaffa Gate are only 15 mins away. The apartment itself is clean, light and airy, with a huge sunny private patio that's perfect for a leisurely breakfast. There's a large fridge, oven and microwave. If you keep kosher, be aware that the kitchen does not come equipped with kosher utensils/plates etc. We borrowed from friends and used disposables, so it wasn't a big deal. The owners live nearby and are extremely responsive if there are any problems. All around a wonderful Jerusalem experience.

Very good apartment, unbeatable location.
Excellent location, one block from Hebron Av; which leads straight into the old town . The owners were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment has everything You need. Just a note, If You arrive on Saturday You can not communicate over the phone, coordinate all on Friday.

Well equipped, in a great neighbour, and in walking distance to the Old City.
In a well established part of Jerusalem, with shops and restaurants nearby. Good practical apartment with good heating during winter, clothes washer and dryer, essential cooking facilities, and very accommodating owners. Twenty minutes walk to the Old City, so very central, and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect apartment in a great location
I am a frequent traveler and apartment renter, and attended the Jerusalem Film Festival at the Cinemateque. This apartment was perfectly located, a 10-minute walk from the Cinemateque, Yemin Moshe, The Begin Center, First Station, and other nearby landmarks, and a pleasant, safe 30-minute walk to the Mamilla Mall, Old City, and downtown Jerusalem. The neighborhood itself was very quiet at night, and as a female staying alone I felt very safe walking home late at night. The unit was clean and tastefully furnished, with the bathroom recently renovated, and up-to-date washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. The bed was clearly fairly new and very comfortable. The wifi worked perfectly. A patio overlooking the park is the perfect place to sit in the mornings or evenings. The owners, who are both native English speakers and live upstairs, were very friendly and professional before, during, and after the rental, making sure that I had everything I needed. I had my own gate to come and go from the unit, There is a small supermarket within a 5-minute walk, and a larger one nearby as well. The unit does sit at the top of a steep hill, which provides beautiful views but may be an issue for anyone with physical challenges (as a middle-aged person in average shape, it was not a problem for me). Overall, this place was perfect and I would highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again.

Lovely, safe fully functioning
I stayed for almost three weeks in this lovely apartment. It is quite spacious and has everything you need for a bit longer stay. A small family can easily stay here. The bed is great quality. Right around the corner there are some spectacular views of the Old City. I had booked another place, but this literally broke down a couple of hours before Sabbath (which in Jerusalem is a bit unfortunate) and I needed new accommodation quickly. The owner got back to me promptly and we made all the arrangements in minutes, to my very great relief. I felt very lucky to land safely with this family in this nice apartment.

Perfect in every way!!
My family was lucky enough to find this amazing apartment for our 10 day stay in January. The owners are wonderful, both helpful and friendly. The apartment feels like home, (but better) with all of the amenities (flat screen TV with all the channels, well thought out, clean, beautiful & modern kitchen and bathroom, washer & dryer, bookshelf stocked with books about the history of the area, guidebooks with helpful info about sightseeing, etc.) Great sleeping there, too! Linens, mattress, sofa bed, all comfortable and very nice. The apartment is next to a house (the owners') so you feel very safe, and all of the surrounding buildings and park are lovely. (The apartment actually sits on top of a hill, with the front gate opening onto a nice park. Very scenic! The bottom of the hill has the old train station where you can shop, eat, peruse art galleries, or walk 15 mins to the Old City, or catch a bus/taxi, etc.) We really enjoyed everything and can't think of anything we'd change. Highly recommend!

Grand apartment in superb location complete with super helpful h
We had a fantastic stay here in this apartment, complete with a courtyard overlooking a quaint park. It was immaculate and comfortable, and the shower was terrific. Clean, modern and all the necessary amenities provided - including WiFi. The location was absolutely perfect. Very private and quiet, yet centrally located with great access to the Old City. The landlord is wonderful and extremely helpful and friendly. We did not cook, but we did fill the refrigerator with lots of food which cut down on our eating out expenses. We could not recommend this apt more highly. We will definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in great location
I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. I found it to be clean, modern, with all necessary amenities provided. Jordan was very flexible in arranging check in and check out procedures (I arrived in Israel in the middle of the night, and was able to get in to the apt straightaway). The location, which borders on an adorable little park, is walking distance to the center of town, the old city, the German Colony (Emek Refaim) and the wonderful newly refurbished Mandate-era train station. There is even a 24 hour makolet right around the corner. Bed was super comfortable too!

Wonderful apt in excellent location with a supportive and friend
I spent a month in Jerusakem on sabbatical and absolutely loved this apt. The location is perfect for access to the new train station, the German Colony, and great runs I took many mornings to the Promenade. Wonderful landlords who were helpful and friendly. I could not recommend this apt more highly.
