The location was great but the staff was very unfriendly, starting from:"we dont know where you could park, we are having a wedding and the parking lot is full" so I missed my paid show that was starting in the old city. Had to fight for first floor rooms after I called a month earlier and especially requested them, but that they managed to do, thank you.
The worst part was Friday night dinner where we paid a lot of $$$ for and it was horrible!! we couldn't even manage to eat the soup, the salads were store bought (I know the taste...) chicken dry etc.
The craziest thing is that they charge for internet!!! I mean after you pay hunreds of $$$ I think HIFI which you get free in a bar if you get a coffe, you should be able to get for free. The breakfast was pretty good, and the rooms where clean. not sure I would stay there again for sure not for the meal...
