I stayed in this apology for an hotel for three nights. They had the rudest receptionist that I have ever come across. Such was her hostility to one of my party that she was close to tears. I was in a party of people who were mainly from the Caribbean. Some of the waiters were openly racist to the extent that one of the managers had to openly reprimand one of them in the dining hall. The rest of the waiters lacked any motivation whatsoever.
The food was poor and repetitive with desert running out quickly and little or no replacement being provided. Many people took the precaution of taking their desert and keeping it by them until they had finished their main course. The ceiling of the dining room is filthy, even more than the rest of the hotel. There were loud discos each night, sleep before midnight being impossible
To be fair the managers of the hotel did try to maintain a reasonable standard but the quality of the staff they had to work with left much to be desired.
Having gone to the bar and ordered a couple of drinks the barman served me one drink but then left me to serve an Israeli and have a long chat with him.

I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Reception so slow that you can have a nervous breakdown...

Lousy food ...and lousy display nobody cares...
and on top when criticism was told to the Manager he thought that he was the top of the top!!

This is quite a decent three star hotel in Israel. There is coffee and tea in the room, which other 3 star hotels don't have. The rooms are spacious and quite clean. The carpet was outdated, say at least 20 years old, but clean. The food was ok, the staff were pleasant. The hotel is very close to the light rail which you can use easily to get to the city centre, bus station, and old city. I would stay there again if I was on a budget.

As every other 3-4 hotel in Israel, it is overpriced, dirty and have not been refurbished in a long time. Check-in was extremely slow although the queue was not that big. We had to wait for 1 hour after check-in before showing us to the room despite the fact that it was after 14:00 already. Our room was very poorly maintained, old furniture, etc... Breakfast in my opinion is TERRIBLE! the food was very untasty and looked very unattractive. Unlike in most Israeli hotels, the staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel is located near a tram station just 10 min away from the city center. Would not stay there again.
