the rooms are o.k.,the service was not good ,the food was good,they have to improve the service at the restaurant.

I was a midlle week in this hotel with my family. Evry think was fine, but the service was terrible specially in the restaurant. No coffe, no glasess on the table, dirty becouse manny childrens without surveillnce and hungry non profesional a staff

Stayed in the Magic Palace over a weekend with my wife.
Started with arriving to the hotel around 20:00 and our room wasn't ready...
After 25 minutes they sent us to a room which was already occupied !!
Took another half hour until they finally found us a room.
The hotel itself looks nice from the outside but inside it is not maintained very well, rooms and hallways actually look dirty.
Pool area and the pool itself are very small. No internet connection in the rooms, only in the lobby (for additional payment), to use the hotel gym you also need pay extra.
Dinning room and food were solid, but you can probably do just as good or better in any half decent hotel in Eilat.
In general, do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel, probably any of the Isrotel hotels would be a better choice in Eilat.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel during Passover vacation with our 2 children.
We reserved one room with queen size bed and opened-up sofa for the kids. With the sofa opened the room was still OK and not too crowded. But it has its problems – the air-condition turns off every time the doors opens – its annoying; we didn’t have any small light near our bed to read a book when the kids were asleep – only strong lights; we had an ashtray in our room although were said that all rooms are no-smoking; we didn’t have anough shelves to put everyone clothes.
The overall hotel is large and nice, but pool area is not very clean during the day. There is certainly an advantage that the pool is opened until midnight (not for room facing it although it was quite empty at 6 pm) and that in half-board deal you can enter breakfast many times as you wish until mid-day and dinner is served from 6 pm. The food was OK but “boring”- maybe because of Passover restrictions.
