We found a wonderful hotel in Tel Aviv by using trip advisor but this recommendation was AWFUL. How come such a difference in quality?? Our reservation was at the Leonardo.. when we got there they told us they had no room and had put us in the Magic Palace. The first room at the Magic Place was like a dirty coffin..I asked for a new room. The second room was a little bigger.. Both rooms were outdated, dirty, dirty.., We left the next morning after the worst breakfast we had the entire time we were in Israel..

The ONLY positive thing I can say is ALL the help-- at the desk, in the hotel office, tried to hep us and make us happy. Poor them to have to work for such a corporation and in such a terrible hotel..
Oh.. the help at the Leonardo Hotel were rude, dismissive, nasty--both of these hotels are owned by the same company..

The hotel is clean, free parking, a pool that is open every day until midnight. Food and service very good, staff courteous and welcoming.
On the other hand, some of the rooms facing the airport so that the sound of takeoffs and landings. Better to take a room facing the pool.

We stayed in this hotel 4 nights, it was the second and last time in this hotel.
While checking in, the reception guy, equipped with an unpleasant attitude, did not do its best to help us, the lady that is in charge of the attractions in Eilat wasn't useful at all and even lied in order to close the deal. We got a room with a view to Eilat mountains which is also a view to the beginning of the only runway in the busy airport of Eilat. In any day except holidays and Saturdays, airplanes while taking off will fill the room with loud engine noise (caused my daughter to wake up, twice). Don't choose a room to that direction!
Except the above, the other facilities of the hotel were very good, although the hotel was at its full capacity it wasn't noticeable, the pool was good and the food was very good.

worst hotel i ever stayed in service awful hotel was dirty and employees dont care

we found cockroaches in our water and hair in the food in the dining room on 2 occasions,we complained to the head waiter who said its nothing it happens my children refused to eat in the dining room after that .

at 4pm our room still hadnt been cleaned and we didnt notice they had forgotten to put a sheet on the childrens bed, at 11pm we called the housekeeper and we finally got the sheet at 12.15 pm after 4 phone calls.

simply put dont ever go there was the WORST hotel my family have ever stayed in.
