...Although we haven't been to any other hotels in Selçuk, the Kalehan was all around a great visit, especially for the price. We went during the winter, so it wasn't really crowded at all, and it wasn't high season for the nice-looking garden and swimming pool. The staff was very friendly, and the room was cozy, clean, and quiet. The hot water in the shower took a while to show up, but the staff had warned us ahead of time, and the pressure was awesome. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant, and everything we had was delicious. Likewise, the breakfast (included) was robust and high-quality. The hotel is a very easy walk from the center of town (where the minibuses arrive/depart), and even closer to the St. John Basilica. When we return to Selçuk we will probably stay here again.

Hotel Kalehan was a lovely spot - nice people working there and a comfortable room which we found on short notice in September. Just a short distance to Ephesus, too. Great breakfast buffet, and a nice dinner menu. A bargain!

What a wonderfull place stayed there for 3 nights and had so much fun. Very clean and a great staff.

We stopped here for two days in November, off season, to a warm reception. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive. They responded quickly and effectively to our requests. The room was comfortable and the food was good. The cinnamon tea was delicious.They had good advice about the town and about visiting Ephesus and other sites in the area.
We had a comfortable, relaxing time .
