My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and barely managed to sleep due to the high volume of traffic on the road. The room was clean however very small. The windows came with two options: fully open or completely closed. Be careful if you want privacy because from our window you can see what the people across the street were cooking in there kitchen. The bathrooms were extremely small and be aware that a running shower is not promised. The only positive thing is the location. It is about a 5 minute up hill walk to main attractions in Sultanahmet so please take your walking shoes. The staff consisted of two people who spoke English but not very well. Also it would be wise to bring your own travel iron because there is only one hotel iron for everyone to share. Overall if all you need is a place to sleep, shower, and that is budget friendly then Emirhan Inn Apartments is the place.
