We were for 5 days in Istanbul, actually in Gülhane Park Hotel, but we went to Sirkeci Konak for having Dinner (twice). The Location is also very good and in my opinion the best location to visit Istanbul as a tourist. The Personal was friendly, always helpful and with a wonderful behavior. Thanks to the best Chef and the Dinner-Personal!!!! The Restaurant was very clean and the Meal was AWESOME GRANDIOSE!! And comparing with other restaurants was it really cheap!! We've chosen to go next time to Sirkeci Konak Hotel! Thanks again!!

It was an excellent stay for me and my family.They realy work as a family to satisfy the guest.Excellant food and they helped my to use the Recreation place for private family use after service hours.
I recommend the place and I will book in Sirkeci Konak Hotel next time I come to Istanbul.

As already outlined in past rewiews, with my wife we know Turkey more than 20 years. We just came back from our 59th stay in this fabulous country. We do prefer charming hotels and mansions. We staid again in Sirkeci Konak in Istanbul from 2nd until 8th february. We would like to once more time underline this hotel is really incomparable. Why ? Of course, it's perfectly located close by (five minutes walking) the historical area Sultanahmet and all the museums. It's also not far from the such modern and lively area Taksim (many famous restaurants). The cleanliness is perfect. Of course, there are inside two such good restaurants (one fish and one anatolian). Decoration is so cosy and in such good taste. Rooms are very comfortable and also well decorated. If you stay more than three nights, the first private one way transfer from Atatürk international airport is included and also first dinner. Sauna and hammam are in free access. But, believe us, Sirkeci Konak is far and away the best in Turkey for the service : everybody will help you very efficiently anf with spontaneity. You'll feel at home. Because of that and if you are looking for a real mansion, don't look for an other hotel in Istanbul. This is the best. All is perfect but not posh. Last point: the hotel front desk and the guest relationship lady and gentlemen organize every week different cultural tours in Istanbul and also cooking lessons.

! We have never stayed in a hotel where we would be treated with such attention and warmth. We just arrived to the hotel, and they offered us breakfast, which, BTW, was excellent and plentiful, even though we were not entitled to it on the morning of the arrival. The room was just wonderful, a bit small, but who cares if there is Turkish delight to welcome you and a wonderful view of the Topkapi and the park! They have free cooking classes, afternoon tea, rakia tasting (loved it with melon!), Turkish bath and sauna. But the best part was hotel staff- so helpful, friendly and considered of your smallest needs. It was cold in Istanbul, so we all were a bit under the weather and asked if they had vitamin C in their medicine box. They said they did not. However, while we were wandering charming Istanbul streets, they went to a pharmacy and bought two or three kinds of vitamin C. When we got back, they offered it to us without charge. Such consideration and genuine strive to help is pretty remarkable.
