I stayed in Ramada Plaza during 5 days and found this hotel very comfortable, clean and perfect service and managment. Staff is very friendly, attentive, hospitality, caring, efficient and professional.
Rooms are very clean, comfortable, equipped even kettle, so you can have a cup of tea or coffee any time (teabag and coffee are free).
Bathroom is enough wide and very clean.
I was so surprised when received hotel's present on my birthday, it was so touching )
And about location very close to Taksim, metro and bus stop.

Again and again I'm going back to this hotel. No words for the level of services, the rooms, the breakfast and the smiles of everyone.
