we went on a city trip holiday,it was a great experience.
Staff was very friendly and spoke English wel! they were helpfull on request and gave info about the city and how to get around!
The Hotel is very clean and has beautiful rooms,with a very nice view of the city and Golden Horn!We stayed for 4 nights,and enjoyed the very comfortable beds,and the room swimmingpool!
It is perfectly situated,because it is just of the main shopping street,and near the Taksim square! Even at night coming back was easy,because there is a big taxistop just infront!
Very recommendable!

Stayed there in December for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, the staff makes you feel home immediately. I had a great room with a nice view, the rooms were very clean, bathroom is nice. The staff at the reception tried their best to make my stay unforgettable, offered my great restaurant options and pointed out with sights are the most interesting to visit.
Next time I will stay there again, no question at all.

First impressions of our rooms was very disappointing. They were supposed to be non-smoking but one of them stank of old smoke (and even had some ash on the bedroom chair). Badly lit bedroom with only one chair and bedside light on one side of the bed so very difficult to read, even just the guidebook and map.

Breakfast was excellent and all waiters were friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Sadly the same was not true of the reception staff who were rude, dismissive and difficult. In our four day stay our room key cards were diabled EVERY DAY and when we took them down to be reset wwe were told each time that it was OUR fault and all four key cards must have been near cellphones! They also quoted the price for the room in Euros but then used THEIR OWN exchange rate to covert it to their own currency which was incredibly unrealistic.

On top of that, the gym stank of sewers, was 27 degrees and never had any water.

Sadly it is in a great location with a pretty view from the top floor, but I am sure you could find somewhere better to stay in the wonderful Istanbul!

We were staying at the 10th floor, Golden Horn view room: astonishing! The hotel is well positioned in the city, easily reachable with taxi or by foot. Rooms are well equipped and clean, you can have your bed linen changed every day if you feel the need. The staff at welcome desk is friendly and kind. Some minor issues in our room during the first day :burned out light bulb, missing toilet brush (not solved). Breakfast was fair, good selection and variety. I would recommend fresh orange juice instead of the one we were offered.
