This hotel is in a great location. It is very near the Grand Bazar and the tram to take you to all the touristy stuff (Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, Bosphoros Cruise, Haghia Sophia) is literally outside the hotel and a short tram ride away (7-10 mins). We had a inner view - ie not looking out across towards the mosque/park, but it was very pleasant - it looked out onto a glass ceiling below, which was above the ground floor reception area. It was quiet and we were not disturbed by any noise.
The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great choice.
The hotel doesn't have a fitness centre or pool, but an excellent hamam (Turkish bath) with steam room, sauna, chill area and a wonderful warm large round slab where you can just lie and recharge your batteries or order a massage. Overall, a perfect choice for staying in Istanbul.

Well located hotel with knowledgeable and helpful staff who went out of their way to make our stay a lovely experience. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel was recommended to us as it is Spanish (Mallorcan) and we live in Barcelona. At other times we have stayed in a small hotel in Sultanahmet. But this was a great change. The hotel is only a couple of hundred metres from the Grand Bazaar and from the central tramline. Hagia Sophia, Topkapi and the Blue Mosque are two stops away by tram. We were picked up at the airport and paid only 35 euros for a return trip. We were a bit amazed to start with as the reception is in the basement. But it was fine, with a bar, sitting areas and free computers. The staff couldn´t have been more helpful, and most of them spoke both English and Spanish.
At first we were given a room on the first floor which equalled street level. It was noisy and people could look in if you didn´t draw the curtains. However, we were moved to the third floor to a much bigger room with a very nice view of the Beyazit Mosque. A desk for the computer (wifi free), a good bathroom, comfortable twin beds, clean.
There is a restaurant on the top floor with a wide view of the old part of the city. The breakfast buffet was all right, though if you arrived late most things were finished and there was no refill, unless you pointed it out to the staff. There is a sauna and a Turkish bath which come in handy after a long walk in town and in the market.
The hotel is reasonably priced so as I said in the title: It´s worth coming back to!

Stayed with my wife in this hotel for 3 nights,it's a excellent choice,the staff extremely professional,simply put it is an outstanding hotel in a wonderful location,our room was very clean and comfortable,wish we will come again.
