This hotel has to have one of the best locations in Sultanahmet (much better than I realised when I booked it!)
Right between Ayasofia and the Blue Mosque, and 20 paces from the cafes and bars of Sultanahmet. It has amazing views across the Bosphorous from the roof terrace.
Our room was ok -
My sister was in the family room upstairs and she was over the moon with the 2 rooms plus ensuite that she had.
The staff all spoke good English, and were all very helpful.
Of the 3 hotels that we've stayed at in Istanbul, this is the only one that we would come back to.
Breakfast was good.

This place is wonderful. The rooms are clean and adequately spacious. Their best feature though is their extraordinary service. We just walked in off the street, and from the moment we said we needed a room could not have been better taken care of. There REALLY is somebody at the front desk 24/7. The breakfast is fresh and on a terrace overlooking the water. Hakan took great care of all of our requests down from organizing outings to hand delivering messages and did it with a smile. The hotel is very close (within a short walking distance) to all the sights but off the main drag so it isn't noisy. I would recommend this place to everybody. Thank you Hakan for taking such good care of us.

I showed up late night for the first time in Istanbul. When I asked the front desk guy if there is any hammam around, he gave me a guy to walk me to a closest hammam knowing this is my first time in Istanbul. And the service was free.

I was impressed by their customer service. The guy at the front desk (Alp if I'm not mistaken the name) was very helpful and provided me with the local tourist information, etc. He was more than just a front desk guy.

They have good resources and very friendly and honest people.

If you are going to Istanbul for the first time, with a fixed budget but want a good comfort and trust worthy place, this is a great hotel to stay.

Breakfast is served on the top floor with a view of the water and the city. I even took up coffee to the roof top and it was all by myself.

I'm very happy with this hotel and service and I would go there next time. Kids friendly , more of a family place.

A truly great place to stay.I have stayed in many hotels over numerous years and have rarely come across a more welcoming hotel.The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and always willing to chat to you about anything.In addition, the free breakfast was excellent and the service faultless. Finally, the hotel is exceptional value for money as it is in the heart of the cities main attractions..

I highly recommend this hotel...
