The stay in this hotel was granted to me by the Turking airlines as I had a stop over in the Istanbul airport.

Thus we arrived to the hotel rather late and had to leave the hotel early - but this was forced by the hotel staff (we thus spent three hours at the airport instead of extra sleep time) - no clear explanations on the reason for such early check out was given.

I cannot put the very detailed reveiw as at my point of view 6 hours at the hotel is not enough to make one - there are few points to mention why I made my conclusion to the rating:

1. There is a cattle and the cups in the room yet neither coffer no tea bags available - which makes it a kind of joke for the guests I guess you need to ask on the reception, but at 1 am you do not want to call and wait. Moreover in the hotel of this category it shall not be even in dispute.

2. We were forced out by the hotel rather early and as it was no breakfast at the time there was a sandwich service at ca 3 am in the night - it is nice to be taken care about, yet not in such a strange manner

Otherwise I may not say anything to the hotel, yet my understanding from the 5 stars hotel is rather different - customer is always right, even paid by the airlines.

Room was ok,nothing special. Had to pay for internet. The Hotel itself in the middle of nowhere,too far from Istanbul city centre as I had to change 3 public transport to get into the city centre. Staff couldn't speak much of English and not really willing to help. Drinks are expensive for Turkey as you would expect a bit cheaper than UK (Pint of Lager £5,50)

A company paid for my accommodation so l wont complain anymore but lf l had to pay then l would never stay in this Hotel. Will definetly stay somewhere in the city centre and much cheaper and access to everywhere.

I have been in Istanbul for "Wood Machinery Processing" (Tuyap exhibition) and I staied at Kaya Ramada.
800 mt from the exhibition, with free-bus between the two places.
Free wi-fi only in the lobby but it is enought (in the rooms the prices are not so high, but free is better).
Swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, etc.
Fantastic see from the restaurant at the last floor.
The rooms were clean and confortable.
For sure I will come back!

The hotel i big and located next to the tayap expo center which is very handy.
About 1h from the city center and 30 from the airport taking into account there is no traffic. Times could double.

Since it was a business trip the location which was next to the expo was key. Other than that nothing special around here. They say there is a shopping center but i could not bother.

The rooms were big and clean. Breakfast buffet was very rich. Internet access free from the lobbys wifi, but in the rooms only cable.

Reception desk staff was not very helpful.

Rates are high but you can get big discounts if a local company has special deal with them.

Good hitel if visiting the expo, other than that i would try something else
