The only good thing about this hotel is the distance between it and the Tuyap Exhibiton Center, but if you're not going there, the hotel doesn't offer anything. You have to walk a long way to get anywhere. You can take a taxi, but those called from the hotel are very expensive. We paid 40 liras to get from the Ataturk Airport to the hotel, but 61 on return to airport! The taxi driver was abrupt and was cursing when we shown him the earlier bill.
The hotel restaurants serve medium quality food for very high prices, also the choice of the meals is very poor. The drinks are expensive.
The rooms were clean, but the housekeeping could come later, everyday they knocked at about 9:00 AM. The prices in the mini-bar are outrageous, 20$ for a 250 ml can of Coke?!
The air conditioning wasn't working, but I'm not used to live with it, and the weather conditions weren't so excesive.
The staff in the hotel was mostly english understanding, but not english speaking. You could comunicate in this language only at the reception desk and restaurants. Intolerable is the fact that in the souvenir shop nobody spoke english!
ROLLING ROCK CAFE & BAR doesn't play rock, but MTV's songs. The staff is also poorly educated in using the english language.
I will never return to this hotel for business purposes unless I get paid 3 times my normal salary. Leisure - never.
