Let's start with a positive - Hotel is clean and the rooms are OK, the bathroom seemed to have just been refurbished, but with poor taste (although good quailty appilances).

Now the down side, its miles from anywhare. The food is basic, and never vairied. One evening I asked for fish ( there was no menu), and received a trout, and on checking out I noticed that I had been charger 34 Lira, that's £16 or €19 for a small trout. That is not only ridiculously expensive, but was more that the most expensive item (fillet steak) on the room menu. Which brings me to another issue, in your room you will find the usual hotel directory of services, within this is a section on food, and lets say, for example, you selected smoked salmon, the price listed would be HALF that listed than if you referred to the same item in the seperate room service menu. When I challenged this at the front desk, they could not answer why the outragious variation. It gets worse............ the usual bottles of complimentary water were left on top of the TV (mini bar was locked), on checking the bill, they were attempting to charge for them. Nowhere in the room did it state that these would be charged for, they embarrassingly removed the charge. When I asked to speak to the manager (Mr Turgay Bayar), regarding the above, I was told that he was in a meeting.....I hope it was a meeting about customer service!
Do not order a coffee in the lobby, or you will get the shock of you life when you ask to pay. This hotel is nothing short of a rip off, be warned.

I stayed there with my customers. Airport is only 20 minutes. This Hotel is located on the top of the mountain (Silence and Fresh air). You can watch wonderful views from your room ( Specially Sea and Lake). You can find big shopping center and wonderful diffirent restaurants in this area. If you bored, you can walk seaside and beach. Seaside is only 5 minutes.
Hotel Personals are very friendly. It is wonderful to drink something in Teras Bar (very high).I like Sports Center very much. Pool, Sauna, Fin and Turkish Hammam were very nice. My customers like business meeting rooms. My room was very comfortable. Last one, Prices were not high. Thanks...

Time to time I stay this hotel. It is about 18 km. to the airport. There is a Tuyap Fear next to the hotel. Espicially the Roof Resataurant and Bar is wanderfull wiev, the food and service is good as well. I like Health Clup, fitness facilities too. if you would like to go to the Buyukcekmece obout 5- 10 minutes by taxi; lots of things to do there even the fish restaurants, bars, historical places, sea wiev etc. I like hotel garden teras also which is beautiful.
