Friendly staff, nice view from restaurant, clean. Small rooms, slow internet. Good breakfast, but should be a little bit more fruits. Close to many sightseeings.The main impression - is friendly staff.

This is a great little place to stay with an exceptional location. The service is hit-or-miss from the staff but it is very clean and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning people were more than adequate but the front desk staff and the rooftop bar staff were randomly available. We detoured from our originally intended dinner one night on the misguided recommendation of the gentleman at the front desk- avoid this and any restaurant that offers free pick-up service.

The rooftop bar/ breakfast room is a nice place to check out the view. The food is average for breakfast, but free so it is definitely more than worth the money. This hotel is comparable to a quaint Comfort Inn in a great location, not a Four Seasons. The shampoo & soap are provided, just not the fancy kind you want to sneak home in your bag.

The noise during the call to prayers is loud throughout the hotel as you are surrounded by mosques, but I generally slept right through it after walking all day. For the price, this place is a perfect spot- clean, honest, and comfortable. Walking distance to everything.

The hotel is easily reached by foot ( less than 5 min) from the tram stop of Cemberlitas. The hotel provide free pick up if and only if you booked directly with them. I did not so had to make my way there via the Metro + tram which was easily enough or pay 30 Euro for the pick up. As others mentioned, great location for the main sites in Istanbul.

The only issue I had was with the recommended tour - night belly dancing show at the "Oriental House " which was 60 Euro. Maybe because I have paid with cash upfront, I was given the wrost seat in the house (right next to the speakers) can could only see the perfromance from behind. My waiter told me the place was fully booked, which wasn't the case. After having the not so nice starter, I moved to a better seat on my own but was unmpressed by the perfromance put up and left after 1 hour (2.5 hr show)

we stayed at this hotel for 9 nights and found it to be in the perfect location! all the main attractions - Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque were just minutes away. Tram line was also very near. Rooms were small but clean - we weren't planning to stay in the room and miss out on the city's attraction anyway! only reservation was the breakfast buffet - which was the same everyday . Small matter though since there were plenty of small cafes all around the hotel. I would definitely go there again and would recommend it to anyone.
