We ended up at this hotel courtesy of Turkish Airlines following a missed flight connection. The travel trauma prior to getting TL to accept responsibility for this overnight are for another forum.
The hotel is quite substantial with a good number of open plan lounges surrounding clean and presentable rooms with pleasing facilities and comfortable beds. The food for both evening meal, breakfast and lunch is buffet style offering a good if somewhat bland cuisine. The public rooms and bars are very satisfactory although lacking character that such a fascinating city could provide. It is a good ride away from the airport although but a short taxi journey from the Blue Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. Overall the hotel served its purpose well enough at a difficult time but would rush back specifically to stay there.
