the hotel is almost nice, but there are lots of details which just are no-good.
Our room there: room 112. Little, dark, small. The window faces an internal cloister full of stairs and the worst imaginable smell from the kitchen. Continuous noise from the electric motors of all the air conditioners of all the other rooms never stops and is not even defeated by fully closing the window. And if you do close the window you will need to turn on the air conditioning in your room: noisy, and pointed right directly on your bed, so that either you die from the extreme heat (if you turn it off) or from the extreme cold (if you turn it on).
We asked to change rooms: not possible. :(
too bad Barin: there are much better places in which to sleep in Istanbul.
