we were there as part of the Trafalgar tour...Location is good, there's a supermarket 10 min walk from the hotel, a lot of restaurant beside the hotel property, if your up for a walk around 20 minutes to Cevahir Mall and there's also the Astoria which is i think is so much nearer from the hotel. I did not take the Metro station but there's plenty of taksi outside of the hotel.

The service is good. They have a wide variety of food during breakfast, waiters and staff of the hotel are all very polite and helpful.

I slept 5 nights in this hotel during my stay in Istanbul. It has all what do you expect from the hotel of this star level. There is always someone on the reception who really speaks English and this is very good advantage. Stuff is helpful, friendly. Room are clean, nice.

Breakfast is very rich and everyone will find what he is looking for.

By all the concept you will easily forget the hotel as it is same as many others of this level. What make it great and special is a 22,5 m long pool, gym with enough cardio equipment. So big pool is not so often in Turkey so it is really special and very good after long working time.

The disadvantage of the hotel is that it is quiet far from the historical monuments of IST but it depend why do you go to IST.

There is one place except the gym you shall visit - roof restaurant which offer very nice view on one of the IST bridges and there is and excellent food there.

Internet connection for free in every room of course.

Olcay Dogan the front desk manager went out of her way to make us feel comfortable during our stay at the Dedeman Hotel.she always was attentive to my needs and made sure that whatever I need would get done immediately.her staff are very helpfull.(doorman concierge and reception )
the room was very clean and the hotel as well.
in general the service is excellent.

The hotel is great and I have a very good time there when ever I am inIstanbul to have business meeting.I have been in Dedeman Hotel several times .
