The hotel was above of our expectation. excellent service and staff was very helpfull and friendly, I enjoyed so much my holiday and i would highly reccomend this hotel.

The hotel is just located a few minutes from the main sight-seeing points so we basically walked to most of the sights within the old town and it's just 2 minutes from the tram station, so location wise it was perfect. The room itself was very simple but clean and equipped with hairdryer, so it was alright. The best about this hotel is probably the view of it's rooftop restaurant where you get to look over the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofya during breakfast. Breakfast was pretty good too as they have a toaster for making hot toast and they have someone there to cook different kinds of egg for you at the spot, so that was really good for a simple hotel like this.

They had a new staff at reception there, Ferdi. And we were lucky yo have checked in with him as he was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of information about the city as well as even some history of Istanbul! We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel however I heard the rooms are like double priced during summer so really hope I'd still get to stay here next time I visit Istanbul which is very likely going to be some other warmer season as heavy snow at -2 degrees really wasn't the best time to visit some of the outdoor sites.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed! It has just a few rooms, it's really small, but the rooms are awesome! Apparently it have been redecorated recently, so the rooms and bathrooms are very modern. Also really clean, nice staff, very helpful guys. Simple breakfast, but I am not used to eat in the morning, so it's ok.
The location is just amazing, you can go by feet to almost all the sights, the blue mosque, aya sophia, grand bazaar, istambul archaelogy museum and many others. Around the hotel there are lots of nice stores, restarants, travel agencies(if you can, visit Capadoccia, it's great!).
And everything for affordable prices! Highly recommended!

Stayed Ambassador with my wife and kids and had a confortable stay 4 minutes walk from the Sultanahmed and the Grand Bazaar. 3mins walk from the Sultanahmet Tram station Rooms are confortable and Clean , Hotel front desk staff are welcoming and efficient, It's a nice place to stay if you need a quite and nice hotel to rest from the day touring.

Airport tarnsfer and restaurant and tours book service is quite useful and the receptionist kindly arranged for additionnal services. Bunyamin was exceptional in his Leveel of service and care to Their guests.Ben took the trouble to introduce all the sights and attractions near the hotel and recommended those that were worth going
