VERY noısy place at nıght, youre ın the mıddle of Istanbul red lıght so be aware of that. And the frıdge ın your room ıs not helpıng. Very use towels, very chaep soaps, no shampooş no haır dryer, the shower ıs rıght over the toılet, toure not ın guatemala but ıt can be mısleadıng. The breakfeast ıs not a buffet and everythıng ıs coldİ Bread an jam, thats ıt! Personal ıs unprofessıonal and dont gıve a s&+^'. Go ıf you have no alternatıve but there are 9 euros fılthy beds ın dorms on the next street, they mıght be better...

I visited Istanbul at both ends of a trip around Turkey, staying the first time in Sultanahmet. On my second visit, I didn't feel a need to revisit the sights and therefore stayed here and was very glad I did. The management is exceedingly friendly (even for Turkey, which is saying a lot) and helpful, the room was spotless, and the single room was the cheapest (50 TL) I found anywhere in Istanbul. The location is outstanding - a 2 minute walk off Istiklal Caddesi on a safe side street near a number of bars and restaurants but still quiet.

This is a budget hotel and I should note there was no on-site internet (which was a pain since internet cafes in Beyoglu usually don't open until 10 or 11 at the earliest) and the breakfast was risibly small. However considering all the other benefits and the price this didn't concern me unduly. I hope to return to Istanbul and stay here again.

Me and my friend stayed a week in this hotel. It is a close walk to Istiklal and also close to Sofyali sokak and other cosy streets with bars and restaurants.

The room and bathroom were clean and well kept, although the furniture felt a bit old (or simply too dark for our interior design taste). We had a television and a refrigerator in our room. Breakfast is included in the price, and served in a breakfast room nearby the reception. The breakfast is very simple (bread, jam, cheese, tea/coffee), but the hotel is a good value (cheap) instead of other more costly hotels in Beyoglu area. Unfortunately the walls between the rooms were a bit thin, so we heard the humming of other guests speaking. Also, as those guests smoked in their room, the fume spread to the corridor and into our room.
