I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!. you have your own transport or get a taxi. The meals in the hotel dining area were not nice and dinner was hugely overpriced. The rooms are in definite need of refurbishment and if you wan't my advice - do not go there. TV dosnt work also the sttaff are good but the receptionist very bad they dont laugh
I tray to get help from receptionist but they cant help me .
we try to see manager of the hotel but we cant find him .
bad breakfast its not fresh I hate this hotel .
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. I would rather sleep in the car. Rooms were extremely dirty, staff is very rude, there were mould in the bathroom everywhere and it was even coming out of shower.
The small group tour represented that we would stay in four star hotels. We arrived to the Adela To meet our group. We found there was garbage in the hallway with roaches running around it.. The room was hot, the carpet was old and dirty, the TV was a 15 inch TV that looked to be about 15 years old, not a nice flat screen. The decor was dated, the sheets were dirty or stained. There was NO mattress pad on the beds which is just plain disgusting. There was something black growing between the sink faucet and the mirror and black mold was all over the corners of the shower. The AC never cooled the room and I slept with a wet towel on my body on top of the dirty sheets. Staff turned Ac off in Lobby at 9 PM. We paid extra to stay at a different hotel away from the group. It would have been free at the Adela, but not worth it!
An organization introducing me and other Americans to Turkey booked us in at the Adela hotel near the airport. It should not be called a "hotel." While there's a lot of marble on the floors and countertops, that's about the only nice thing in the place. The rooms are small. The air conditioning did not work when it was 90 degrees outside. The noise from a busy highway was unbelievable. The wallpaper was peeling from the wall. The toilet didn't work. The promised wireless Internet connection was spotty at best. In other words, this is a crappy hotel and you don't want to stay here. I got so irritated at this hotel that I left the tour early and booked at a nearby Radisson instead. What a breath of relief it was to stay there. On a 1 out of 10 scale with 1 being the lowest, this hotel gets a negative 5.
