We found this hotel comfortable,very stylish and so well placed for the major sights in this wonderful city.All its archaelogical columns and mosaics added much to the ambience .The staff were totally helpful.

This hotel has the best staff I've ever come across. They're incredibly polite but friendly and always willing to help: from the reception staff to the bellhops and the waiters (during breakfast). We arrived really early in the morning and our room was made available before 9 am! We were also given a late check out the day we were leaving.
Although we were looking forward to exploring Istanbul and having breakfast at small cafés, the Eresin Crown offered such a wholesome breakfast that we ended up eating at our hotel every morning.
The location is great, we were withing walking distance to all the monuments and we often walked over to the tram station on Sultanahmet if we wanted to leave the area. The area is very quiet and feels safe until around 10:30 or 11 pm. It's probably best to be in a small group if you're out after that time.

The staff is very helpful always coming to your room immediately to assist with anything or bring you anything you may need. The hotel is not too big, so it has a quaint feel. The rooms are wonderful, comfortable, very clean and quiet. There is even a jacuzzi in the bathtub. The breakfast buffet is amazing. This hotel pays attention to little details such as leaving you Turkish Delights in your room that are delicious, having a tray of dates and apricots in the lobby, and stopping by the room in the afternoon for free snacks and drinks. The roof has a fantastic view of the sea and town. The hotel is tucked away but not far from the main Sultanhamet area, so it is quiet yet only a five minute walk from anything you would want to see and do. It is also very close to the sea if you like to jog or walk in solitude, and there are some restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. It was just great!

If you are not just looking for pleasure but also some unique features I would highly recommend Eresin Crown Hotel. The hotel itself is one with a rich historical facts and findings that you will find in the lobby and dining area itself. The location is absolutely great because it is just walking distance to tourist attractions like the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagria Sophia ,Grand Bazaar and museums. Taxi ride will not be a problem because just some meters away there is a taxi stand that are all reliable. You can save money on a half day tour by yourself. Also shopping will be easy because it is also near to the Grand Bazaar, Arasta Bazaar and there are lots of small souvenir shops around the area. If you are looking for genuine staffs like carpets, Iznik vases and ceramics just ask the staff and they will gladly tell you where to go.The staff is so accommodating and hospitable. They are all highly professionals not only in hotel matters but also anything regarding Istanbul. The breakfast buffet is just great from a variety to choices. Their terrace restaurant will already give you the idea of what to see in Istanbul. There is free internet service at the lobby with floral scent where you can do some personal business while having coffee and cookies for a very low price. Our room is very comforting with windows overlooking the sea. Very clean and well kept daily. It might not be as big as other hotels on the outside but I can say with a very big smile that staying here is a huge experience. Thanks to all the staff of the Eresin Crown, you made our vacation a wonderful experience !
