I could not believe that I had to wait more than 1.5 hour at lobby for waiting room cleaning. Not only me but also I could see a lot of people had to wait as well. The receptionist's attitude could not make me feel like being at a hothel rather than at the workhouse. They yell at me when I was asking for their help to check the Internet connection. Unbelievable !!!!! The internet is free but just for one hour only. Then if you need to keep using Internet, expensive charge must be born.
The place seemed to be located in the isolated area where you could not see anything.

Really my nightmare to stay in where I ever seen 1st time in my life. it really ruined my trip to turkey. So, please do not step on my stupid foot print of spending your love time at this suck hotel.

Stayed one night but would have preferred to have stayed somewhere else. Very old and tired decoration. Not dirty but could not say it was clean. Breakfast was nice and big variety. Wifi internet was very expensive.

There is a mall a few meters away which i did not visit since i was on a business trip.

Rates were ok but still the hotel could have been a bit better, do not recommend it

The hotel looked very good from the photos, but once there you get disappointed. We were there to watch the World Championship in Basketball, and the hotel served its purpose. We got a room, it was clean but very worn down. The hotel was not even near 4 star status.

The hotel is very off side. It suited us well because it was close to the arena where the games were played, but to come to Istanbul you have to take a cab (approx 20 min ride - approx 13 €). There were no other connections.

The breakfast at the hotel was very good (definitely 4 star status)

The shuttle from the hotel to the airport did not work as promised. I thing there are two tours a day. I checked beforehand and was promised a tour that never arrived.

The pool is 15 minutes away, and it was closed when we were there. You are not allowed to swim in the see, and there are no real beaches nearby (you get the impression from the photos)

Tired and run down. Our bathroom was not cleaned in 4 days and the bed made only twice. Some of the staff are unbelievable - we got back late after midnight one night after a client trip across what seemed like most of Turkey, having started at 6am that morning and at 8am-ish the next day the minibar man knocked at the door, I asked politely if he could come back later to which he replied 'NO'!! The bar is awful,like a 70s nightclub pastiche, with rude barmen serving undrinkable wine at inflated prices to incessant pounding dance music.
Any positives? A very comfortable huge bed in a large room, and very quiet. It is also close to the racecourse and to the airport so convenient for these two venues if you get a good reduced price (I was booked in for 70 euros a night), and the breakfasts are pretty good apart from undrinkable coffee from a nescafe machine.
It is MILES to central istanbul so DONT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO SIGHTSEE - you will spend a lot of time and money sitting in traffic jams (it took us over one and a half hours on the way in to this hotel from central istanbul)
