Me and my wife stayed from Jan 31st to Feb 4th as mentioned by other reviewers, the Hotel is litrelly next to Pazateke stop of T1 line and T1 line is the one which will take you to most of the tourist places. We were got into Istanbul late at night, toke the Metro to the hotel checked inn, they made copies of our passports, gave us a brief description of the area and and away we went, our room was on the third floor, despite it being next to the elevator, there was no noise, we were however in the annex section.
Our room was well equipped, with the exception of an Iron, which I am finding out is common thing in European hotels. The size of the room was good by European Standards, room had a view of the pool and the patio.
One very important thing, while taking a shower make sure to give your self some room to move around, as the water temperature will jump up to the tune of 20-30 degree without any reason for brief moments, if you are not careful you could hurt yourself trying to get away from the water. while this seems trivial, it really isn't,
The Internet went out one night at 4:00AM the staff came up quickly and fixed/resat and check with us to make sure it was running once again. kudos to the staff.
The lobby had plenty of comfortable spaces to sit and lounge as well as two computers (which were almost always occupied) to surf the internet. The cafe in the lounge was expensive 25 Lira for coffee and a scone.
Overall I was very happy with the hotel.
