wonderfull hotel, very good service and good connexxion with the bus and subway

Normal hotel, clean, attentive staff, average restaurant, bar. Didn't see Turkish bath / spa, so can't rate that. Very close to Patakkale Tramway station.

the location is quite good- very easy to go downtown by tramway just in front of the hotel.
quite old fashion for a 5 Stars hotel but we had a verygood price for our 3 nights .nothing to claim about but nothing that makes our stay unforgetable. the hotel is clean and the staff is nice and helpful as all people we met there.we did appreciate the swimming pool and the spa .

Stayed here in early October 2011, at the beginning of a tour of Turkey. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, the food in the restaurant and bar was good. We had a quiet room down the side of the hotel, which was quite large, with a seating area. The tram into the main tourist areas stops outside the hotel. Istanbul is a great city, which is probably just as well because unfortunately my husband developed flu so we had to stay at the hotel while the tour went on its way. It was easy for me to do lots of sightseeing on my own - I never felt unsafe.

The Front Office Manager (Safi Aysu) was really helpful to me. Organised the doctor and made sure we could continue to stay in the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
