We stayed here while we where there for a friends wedding. This is back in 2008. We are going again and we are staying there again. The rooms are very big, the service is fantastic, everything is nice. BUT...here is the but. Since its an American hotel, you have to go through a metal detector everytime you enter the hotel. Also cars go through metal detectors...that gave us a sense of not feeling safe there...to be honest. but then again, if you are looking for a place that has all the standards of the American hotels, this is your place. The hotel is very very nice and the location is perfect.

the hotel is well situated closed to the main places and not far from the old city.

the room are really nice and big. Modern style and not noisy.
breakfast is fantastic, lot of choice, a chef for the pancakes and omlettes

the SPA is beautiful, the Tirkish bath was a real relaxing moment

Our stay was truly outstanding, including our comfortable room overlooking the Sea of Marmara, breakfast buffet, and dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant. But I especially want to acknowledge the front-desk and concierge staff for their excellent service and friendly attitude.

Conveniently located at 5 min by walking from Taksim square and Istiklal cad., the rooms/bathrooms are spacious and there s a beautiful outdoor pool. I loved the fresh flowers in the lobby and the room service. glamorous.
