The hotel has everything to be excellent. Nice rooms, jacuzzi in room, free wifi, swimming pools, restaurants, room service...
The reality is that many things do not work properly: you have to pay extra to use the bath/jacuzzi in the room, horrible coffee and juice at breakfast, fresh juice at breakfast costs extra, for wifi reception you have to sit against the door of your room, airco blows hot air day and night, food very disappointing.
It could be so much better with a little extra effort.

“I loved hammam”

we are stay 5 nights in Istanbul. we are family.Hotel rooms are very beautiful and very big. Breakfast buffet is excellent.The staff are really nice and friendly.I always travel in Istanbul. it was very comfortable hotel.We will be back hopefully.rooms have a fireplace.excellent location. Looking to the Sultanahmet.

we are stay 5 nıghts lookıng to the Sultanahmet rooms have a fıreplace the servıce and staff was fantastıc and very frıendly
