The hotel made “5 stars” his excellent staff! The owner every single morning came to the breakfast, and talked to each guest, advising helping prepare trips, visiting points, marking everything on the map etc. I was travelling to more than 20 countries but never had this experience, how peoples attitude and professionalism make me feel good and spoilt!

Room tip: Top floor:-)

I've been planning to write a review for this place for a while now but never got down to it. I stayed here for a week during my visit to Istanbul in November last year with another 3 people. This was the best decision of our trip. The hotel's location is fantastic and close to all the major landmarks in the city. It's literally a stone's throw away to the mosques, palaces, trams, the bridge connecting the old and new cities, the ferry, the grand bazaar. I simply can't recommend it enough. What I loved most about this place was the service. I have to give special mention to Mine, Berge and Tuna who made all 4 of us feel like we were part of their family and were always willing to help and provide tips on what to see and when to see them. The rooms were immensely clean and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making my stay in Istanbul a wonderful one.

Room tip: Corner rooms are a little more spacious

Perfect location in the old town Istanbul. Tuna, the manager, was very pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was a great start of the day. The hotel price was a great value compared to similar hotels in the USA.

Hotel had good rooms, as described and shown in the pictures. Close to all the major landmarks, just 10 - 15 mins walk to most of the locations or you can even catch a tram which is less than 3 mins walk. Excellent service - Hotel Manager (Mr. Tuna) and Mina was very helpful, each day during the breakfast used to help us with our schedule and even recommended shopping landmarks for our requirements. They even offered a free IstanbulKart for our period of stay. Not only the manager, but all the staff offered an excellent service. Rooms were clean and well kept. Wifi had decent speed of not less than 4Mbps.Hotel is not located in a noisy area. Only downside was the breakfast, which was the same everyday. I highly recommend Hotellino when staying in Istanbul (old City).

Room tip: Pick the corner rooms, which are much bigger than others.
