Spent 2 nights at this great little hotel. If you're on a budget and looking for something comfortable and in a good location then this is the hotel you want. Located in Sultanahmet we were 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and 15 minutes walk from the Grand Bizarre. The staff at Kaftan were amazing and really accommodating with all requests. Would definitely come back to this one when next in Istanbul!!!

Our group of 9 (young) adults was brilliantly accommodated in this small but complete Hotel in the old part of Istanbul. The first thing that strikes you upon arrival is the big smile and friendly approach by the receptionist Ecevit. His priceless sightseeing advice in well spoken English was well appreciated by our group and the humour in his explanations was never far away. Walking distance from some of the greatest attractions and plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms were decent and clean, the breakfast is plentiful and taken from the rooftop with view over the Bosphorus and old town.

I just would like to say that the hotel is clean, pretty close to the major atractions, rooms are very small and it doesn't have parking. The "parking"spot is right in front of the hotel on a very narrow street, on which my car was hit a few times. After this they recommended a real parking close by, at 5 eur/day.

I recommend this hotel for location and price/quality is good.
