I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a business trip to Istanbul. Was given a room on the 6th floor. Turned out the lift was only working up to 5th floor and last set of stairs I had to carry a heavy suitcase myself.
The room was TINY, the wallpaper coming off the walls, the bed small and very uncomfortable, the bedlinen old and non-matching.
The room was facing the street. View was flat opposite side of street. Every night trucks were offloading goods until 1-1.30 am in the street - VERY noisy. I didn't sleep much while I was there...
Bathroom very small. Shower curtain smelling when wet.
Worst part though was varying internet connection. When travelling on business you need to be able to connect to the internet. The connection was too weak in the evenings and I only managed to connect in the morning with the laptop in a certain place!
Minibar only holds 2 bottles of still water.
On the upside; the aircon worked nicely. Staff was nice and spoke English.
Breakfast was typical Turkish hotel breakfast - nothing fancy, but everything you need.
The hotel was easy to find and near the metro, cashpoints etc.
I wouldn't stay here again as the lack of sleep didnt go well with busy working days...
