we stayed there for 4 nights nice holiday for shopping the hotel is in the middle of shopping arcade
regarding the night club not nice for me price is too high than hotel menu it should be in same price that is the best way other thing is we have to direct pay for the dish or drink i must say only one person know very well a bout the hotel front office manager and the door man all ways smiling special thanks to sara in the spa

Karaoke and club in this hotel, which is provide complimentry for each guest is wonderful, locatioion is also quite reachable from most of importent places, you can catch busses for galle right in front of hotel..

Unintentionally I stayed only one night (as I arrived Colombo late) and left next day. The location is good but rooms are basic and price is too high (US$42/night+breakfast). Room/toilet was clean but room was smelly (cigarette smoke). I didn't have the feeling that the staff are trained to do a professional job. Staff were not unfriendly but somehow not welcoming (no smile – unusual for Srilankans). Staff didn't know whether Wi-Fi service for guests was free/not free and working or not. My first (and last) night, one of the guests (not the staff) helped me by providing password etc. to login to Wi-Fi network. Next day morning I heard a big argument between the manager (I believe) and a guest about the high cost of Wi-Fi service. Also the final bill was not transparent (individual items such as water bottles were not itemised). The hotel restaurant looks depressed. This is a suitable place if you need the location and you don't need to relax!

Goodish facilities ....................................BUT, it was like a 'Ghost' Hotel...!!

Over the weekend there were about 6 guests and the so called Thai restaurant was empty and the staff were poor (Englisg almost non-existent)

Room functional. Location not bad.

Wi-fi was pricey.
