Stayed one night there and regret it. Reception staff was clueless and unfriendly, rooms dirty and smelly...and words can't describe how bad the breakfast was. Also location isn't the best if you want to get a good feel of the capital so save yourself some money and choose another hotel.

Totally Unclean, unkept and smelly rooms, leaky bathrooms, noisy or non-working A/c broken TV remote......not a place to stay, Restaurant serves horrible food, and was charged LKR500.00 for the free wifi.

Changed Rooms three times, but all rooms similar. Breakfast served seemed to be stale.

Would NOT RECOMMEND staying at this so called "hotel" for any traveller.

Stayed at this hotel for a business trip for few days in August 2011. Wouldnt say it to be a great place but ok for business trips where you will be out of the room most of the time. The hotel smelt mold-like and lots of old half broken furniture around the conference room. I particularly didnt like the taste of the food - must be because my Fiji tastes. Basically the hotel needs overall renovation and upgrading particularly rooms, air conditioning etc. the staff were very helpful and friendly - very polite i might add as well. taking a universal charger to charge electronic equipment is mandatory. the hotel's wireless facility was not functioning either

They charged us $95 plus tax. Services against this amount were pathetic. Dirty towels, broken furniture, torn curtains, dirty bathrooms. Worms were floating in the juice served during breakfast. Served stale food in breakfast. The hotel owner is just ripping tourist off. I rented far better hotels in Europe in half price. Surprisingly, this hotel was booked via www.booking.com and I am surprised that why booking.com will have such a fake property.
