There are some small complaints I could mention: room extremely basic, internet unreliable, but most importantly the STAFF STEALS!
We stayed there only two nights and left our luggage in the room during the day - but my 90 EUR worth (120 US dollars) MEDICAL compression stockings were stolen (obviously by the cleaning lady).
Sure, they look great (although absolutely inappropriate for the climate of Laos) and apparently I shouldn’t have left them in a visible spot, but not only are they really expensive, but I wear them for medical purposes!
Despite insisting that I desperately need them back, the manager/owner did not do anything about this theft, so all I can do is to advice everyone is to stay anywhere else.
