This is a very pleasant hotel with efficient staff and a good place from which to explore Vientiane. A reasonable sized room and bathroom. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just adequate. Free Wifi in the lobby.

A great location from which to see Vientiane, it’s close to shop, bars, and transport links. The hotel is .middle of Vientiane. It is also with a few minutes’ walk of the museum, and several monasteries. The hotel itself is very functional and offers all the facilities you could ask for from free wi-fi to lovely food. The staff are very friendly and will try and help you as much as they can so if you want a decent hotel to sleep in then you couldn’t ask for much more.

Probably more 3.5 stars. Nicely situated only a few blocks from the river and close to all the nearby bars and restaurants that cater to tourists.

A bit lacking in charm but liked the cleanliness of the place. While the room is nicely air-conditioned, the bathroom isn't and so you have to be sure to close the door to not let all the hot air come in.

Overall rating drops a bit because the hotel is a bit pricey for Laos standards ($72/night).

But the included breakfast was fantastic ... nice assortment, including your choice of made-to-order noodle soup, rice or omelet (i think?). I went with the noodle soup both times and it was delicious.

Service was relatively helpful (but it seemed like there were a disproportionate number of staff present, many of who did very little other than standing around and opening doors). (but we later discovered that this is more a reflection of Laos in general than the hotel)

we stayed here for one night and were only in vientiane because we were flying back stateside from vientiane. it was convenient and centrally located. it suited us fine for an overnight stay and seems more like a sterile, business traveler hotel; i think if we were staying longer, we would have preferred a hotel w/ more character. we didn't have breakfast there - the buffet didn't seem particularly interesting and went to joma bakery a few minutes away.
