I stayed at the Club Hotel Dostuk for a week and I must stay the quality of stay was higher than expectations. For $90 USD the room is cosy (seems recently refurbished) with LCD TV and comfortable bed. It's a bit small but OK for one person with a desk and multiple electrical sockets (european style). There is a free breakfast available in the morning, it's not a huge buffet but enough before rush to work. The service is good and there is a receptionist always on duty and very polite. There is free internet wifi but sometimes the router is down and need reset. Internet speed is very slow in the evening (congested). The bathroom is brand new with hot water. I recommend. The TV broadcast international channels but the quality is average...

Note that the Dosktuk Club Hotel is the 5th floor of the entire soviet Dostuk Hotel. An investor bought the 5th floor and renovated into a cosy hotel with international standards. The rest is soviet style!

having stayed at Hyatt this hotel has rooms as comfortable at a fraction of the price. Breakfast is simple but enough. Staff speak English and are really helpful. I recommend this 5th floor club hotel wedged into a truly soviet hotel and run separately.

well, good things are
- transport from the airport,
- free wifi
- friendly staff quite fluent in english, and
- an oasis of relatively newly refurbished rooms in the 5th floor of the otherwise nightmarish soveit monster "factory for overnighting"

bad things are
- poor breakfast compared of what you can get in other places in bishkek, with remarkably horrible coffee and very tired vegetables in the middle of summer
- that therefurboshing was done lousily and starts to fall apart here and there
- the wifi speed and the internet connection itself is very unstable

however, given the price, it is reasonable, even if hopefully not the best choice in the city.

Stayed 3 days at the Club Hotel ... It is part of a bigger hotel and its on the 5th floor.
The facilities were new ... well maintained and tastefully done in international style.
Airport transfers were included.
Breakfast ... not a great spread but good and enough to get one up and raedy to explore.
Bath and Toilet facilities were good and well clean and stocked.
In near the government center building of the city and Bishkek is easy to explore.
