While I agree with the other reviewers discription of the clean and comfortable rooms provided by this hotel, one should also be aware that the third floor contains a large massage parlor/brothel with a staff of about 30+ young women who sit in a large glass "fishbowl" awaiting selection.
Some readers might not want to support this type of hotel with their patronage.

The Paris Hotel is not in the 'usual' tourist location of Sisowath Quay area, but it's more authentic for that.It's about 300meters away from the central market, on Kampuchea Krom - a 4 lane boulevard
The clientele is a mix of 70%Asian / 30%'European'.
The hotel has 8 floors with a lift service and is kept extremely clean.There is 24hr security both in the lobby and on the floors.
The rooms are spacious,comfortable, and clean with good views over PhnomPenh and it's surroundings from the top 2 floors - most non-Asians seem to get the upper floors.
I would class the hotel as a '5star 3star hotel' ! The rooms are cleaned daily and there is an on-site maintainence man and electrician for any little problems.
