Our family enjoy stay with this hotel convenient place, value for money, spacious room n cleanliness, staff are very friendly especially Mr. Samnang, very big thank you to him for all the service. The extra bonus for this hotel is this hotel attached with D’ Waw Restaurant which is Halal restaurant and the owner is from Malaysia. Stay here about 4 days with Family on October 2011.

“Rude, lazy staff, especially reception avoid at all costs”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 December 2011 via mobile

So disappointed with thos hotel Im writing this review in the room now to warn other guests.

Avoid this hotel at all costs- the attitude problem of the reception desk and general staff is not representative of the generally warm treatment I've received from other hotels in Phnom Penh or Cambodia in general.

Old furniture, stains on the bed sheets and bath tub. But the worst of it is the bad attitude of tenge reception staff.

I stayed with my boyfriend and from the start we knew something was dodgy when they requested a security deposit, which we refused to provide as we've never had a hotel request this before- plus we noticed they weren't asking this from all guests. When asked the reason for the deposit the reception clearly looked uncomfortable and said it was their policy but quickly backed down when they realised we would look elsewhere if they insisted.

After that incident the reception proceeded to give us strange looks whenever he saw us in the hotel lobby- this is how you treat your paying guests who by the way are paying $28 which is a lot of money in Cambodia. WTF???

As if that wasn't enough the reception guy tool it upon himself to be as unhelpful as possible. We requested hot water for our room at reception and was given the run around - I.e. we were told to ask at the restaurant , who then told us to ask reception AGAIN. Frustrated, my boyfriend offered to buy water at the restaurant and get them to boil that but they only looked blankly at him. How hard is it to get boiled water?! Boyfriend went back to reception to complain and they finally agreed to bring the hot water to our room. 1 hour later STILL no hot water! By this time I was really annoyed and went downstairs to complain again to reception and was told I again to go to the restaurant?

Complete waste of time hotel. Rude and lazy reception and staff. Old furniture, stains on the bed sheet. Plenty of nicer, friendlier and cheaper hotels in PP. stay there instead.

“Don't expect too much and it will be fine”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 November 2011 via mobile

Typing this review at the hotel now which means there is wifi. However, I had to shift my bed because the ceiling is leaking water. The television is not working also and the control panel for the lights are in poor condition. If you plan to stay here, do bring along air freshener because there is a smell in the room. Overall, its not that bad actually. Rooms is quite spacious and the zircon is working fine. Staying here for a night but not recommended fora duration of 2nights.

Do note that the chambermaids sleep in the hotel at the lobby area so don"t be surprised at night when you walk around.

“Don't let this hotel spoil your mood”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 March 2011

faulty light, dim light, cramped room, small window, old furnitures, no water boiler, horrible breakfast, the staff were damn noisy while we were eating, water flask no water (they want you to call for room service so that they can receive tips from you).

the last day when i check out my room, i was charge US$4 for the coffee i drank. i argued that i did not drink any coffee from the room or the fridge and you know what the staff told me? he told it was for the coffee i had during my breakfast. can imagine? free breakfast but charge on the coffee?

avoid this hotel, with the same amount of money, it's easy to find a place better than this.
