Our tuk tuk driver took us here after a long bus ride from Siem Reap (7hours) and at first I thought the music and just plan loudness of the lobby area would go way after maybe 10pm, but it didn't and it goes until 2am! We dropped our bags and went to dinner, came back and realized it was more like a bar/club, so we decided to leave, I gave them a few dollars for there time and thought that would be okay, but the local girl manager (who sounds like she has spent some time in Australia) was extremely rude and was trying to tell me it wasn't and to just wait until it stops around 1am. REALLY!!!!! so you want your paying customer to sit and wait until 1AM???? She said she would call the "tourist police" if I didn't pay her full price for the room. I simply didn't and said I'm sorry you feel this is the way to treat your guests, but I'm leaving, so we left and that was it. So unless you want to party all night, I wouldn't stay here.

If you would like to stay in the guesthouse or have drink in the bar I would recommend you to stay out of the HAPPY 11 GUESTHOUSE, because this guess house there are lot of bad people who just waiting for hooking girl to sleep and especially, this HAPPY 11 GUESTHOUSE do not allowed any Cambodia to come in. This is undeniable discrimination.
If you stay or have drink there which mean that you support discrimination.

I spent three nights in a room in fact without window (it lead into the bar) and didn't get much sleep: the music in the bar was really loud (too loud for using skype in my room - I did not understand a word) and didn't stop before 2 am. Actually I booked another guesthouse, but when I arrived they had no free room, so I got there and was lucky to have a place to sleep.
My room was ok for 10$ a night, it was clean and hat AC, but it looked a little bit shabby. Breakfast was not included, but they offered a lot for a good price.
The staff was nice and helpful and the bar was comfortable.
I was told by other travellers that this guesthouse isn't that bad, but later (in other places in Cambodia) I had way better rooms for the same price.
I would recommend this guest house for travellers who like to party and do not need much comfort, but I am sure there are better rooms for 10$ a night.
Plus factor: Free WiFi

I stayed here for 3 nights earlier this week and loved it!! I was put onto it by a friend who had stayed here earlier in the year and it was everything she said - and more!!

Nich, Ali, McLean and the rest of the staff are super helpful n friendly. Would DEFINATELY stay here again and recommend it to my friends!!
