Not a plush hotel, but a good base for a business trip. Free breakfast and free wifi in the room. Clean, but nothing special. If you want a good base, fairly central, with friendly staff, at affordable prices, then this is a good call.

If you want plush with lots of fuss and loads of stuff you don't really need, then this is not for you.

I return here every visit to Baku having tried a few other hotels in the past, and I will be returning again because it works. And they will meet you from the airport and arrange transfer back at about €30 each way. Very nice after a long flight.

On an unlit sidestreet just off Bulbul Boulevard, and just around the corner from a very lively evening square. A bit short on restaurants in the immediate area, but the restaurant on the 9th floor is very good. Staff very helpful, breakfast buffet excellent. Very safe walking the streets around the hotel, but do be aware of the usual Baku potholes.

Tucked away on a side-street and very close to the American embassy library, this is a quality yet unpretentious hotel. Room rates are very reasonable (on the order of 90 euros), and the breakfast buffet has everything you could want. The rooms come with a full bath and the hotel is quiet and comfortable. Great staff who speak English. Recommended.
