Staying in Baku for quite some time and knowing the local hotel market, I came to the conclusion that the Park Inn is definitely the Number one choice in this price range!

I stayed there in early February before heading off in the middle of the night to the airport. The hotel staff was enormous friendly and checked for me regularly the status of the flight (it was not sure whether the flight could go as planned due to bad weather conditions). The room has a very nice interior design with all necessary amenities and functions and was very quite. Compared to other hotels in Baku, the location of the Park Inn is unbeatable taking under consideration that the first and only modern shopping mall (Park Boulevard) is just across the street and the main square a 10-minutes stroll away.

Worth mentioning is also the very cozy lounge and restaurant on the ground floor. Not only is the breakfast buffet very extensive and tasty, also the lunch and dinner options are well exploring (I recommend the Wiener Schnitzel!)

Put it in a nutshell I can only recommend this hotel to every visitor to Baku. The service and quality offered for this prize makes the Park Inn definitely the number one choice!

Great hotel, central located. Fantastic view to Caspian sea especially during night. Friendly staff! Good food! Excellent value for monies you paid. Management very attentive to the guests make them feel like at home! Free Wi-fi.The best Park Inn which I ever stayed! Highly recommend to both business and leisure travellers.

I was staying there for quite a while, would probably choose again in case of business trip to Baku. The location is very convenient, right next to Boulevard. My room was with the seaview, so there was a noise from traffic and road police, but only until 22-23 o'clock, no problem to sleep. What was great - that the windows can be opened.
What I liked most - the bar and restaurant and service there. Good food and very cosy atmosphere. My favourites were 200 gr steak and a vegetable lazagne.
The breakfast is good too, i liked fresh fruit salad; the salmon was good, also properly cooked scramblled eggs. If you like to order capuccino - it is extra charge.

Perfect location in downtown , the rooms facing the city have serious noise isolation problem , the hotel should seriously think to get some measures to fix this issue, it effects the sleep quality. If you havean option to choose I would recommend you to go for Caspian Sea view rooms. Simple decor , Poor amenities in bathroom, but tea coffee facilities in the room is a plus. A typical small city business hotel, that someone would not expect big troubles or surprises
