This hotel is ghastly - rooms dark and dirty, (we were moved to 3 different ones) towels grey and not clean, floors looked disease-ridden, no plug in sink, shower leaked from all parts, bed very uncomfortable, pillow lumpy, TV blurry and static on most channels. Front staff were lovely, but as soon as we made noises that we were not happy, they brought in the senior management who were pushy and unreasonable and downright nasty and rude. Definitely a hotel to avoid.

i cant understand the negative ratings. the location is next to the beach and only some minutes away from the city. hotel restaurant isnt something special but quite nice. i dont know whats a big range of food but i was satisfied with it, some kinds of fruits, non alc. drinks, rice, noodles and egs. next to this restaurant was another. we´ve never been there but in the evening i´ve seen there many people. we booked a double room with balcony. unfortunately there was a construction area next this room but that wasnt a problem. the room were simple and contains a lobby, bedroom, bath, desk and bedside table - altogether 50 qm. all was in a good condition, only the bath needs a renovation. it was very basicly, 2 big mirrors and a plastic bath tub (4 points for the rooms). but i really like our room! the staff was really helpful and friendly. sadly i didnt make pictures of the hotel/room but i can recommend this hotel if you´re looking for a cheap, common and comfortable room.

We booked this hotel through a travel company in Hanoi old quarter and were advised it was 3 star. It is in fact 2 star. The hotel itself is plain and characterless with building sites and resulting noise close by. After Hanoi we both had coughs etc. (aircon/ pollution?) and asked at the hotel reception for a doctor. We were recommended the supposedly 'best and only doctor available. From Nha Trang hospital' who had his own surgery. After asking him personally what his fees for treatment were we accepted only to find later that he had misled us. On the first visit he doesn't ask for payment thereby giving the impression he's a kind and trusting sort of person - he ain't! He will ask how long you're staying and insist on checking on your progress everyday - a few minutes of his very expensive time each visit - for which a separate charge is made and totalled on the last day - the longer you're in town the more he makes. Medication is also vastly overcharged. Make one visit and don't go back - he can afford it. Our cough bills came to $299! We confronted the hotel manager about the problem but he refused to acknowledge it.

This hotel isn't a 3-star hotel as advertised. The rooms we got were old and there were big stains on the carpet. Also the bathrooms looked very outdated and not very clean. My bed seemed to be infested with lice or flea, since when I woke up, my whole right hand was full of small bites concentrated on some spots.
The location still is great since it's opposite of the beach just across the street.
The staff seemed to be unfriendly and rude and spoke next to no English.
I certainly wouldn't come here again.
